Paris, Je t'aime

Hey kids, Im off to Paris (!!!) tomorrow so the next few days will be scheduled posts. Stick around though because there is one that Im particuarly excited about coming in the next few days, aiiit.
Anyways, to get me even more in the mood (Ive been listening to the Amelie soundtrack on repeat for the ladt few days... hey its my first time in Paris, Im excited OK!!) here are some shots from one of my most favourite editorials, from American Vogue shot by Steven Miesel and styled by Grace Coddington. It features somewhat in The September Issue which makes me love it even more, GC is hilarious when shes bitching about Anna.

I also want to share with you my favourite segment of Paris, Je T'aime; 14e arrondissement by Alexander Payne. I could only find it in good quality with spanish subs so, heres a little something for the people of Spain. (Hi Beatrice!!!)

OK I aint gonna lie and say WOAH! at Hussein Chalayan's whole collection (as I have in the past so so so many times), however he is FUCKING good and did not dissapoint. And actually he still managed a few mind blowing gowns at the end of the show... Detail shots at the ready...

PS. fucking missed Live Alexander McQueen!!!! DAMN TIME DIFFERENCE!!!! I had it open on my laptop ready and everything... next time i look, its been and gone!! tsk!!!!! Chalayan has made me feel better though...

O Hai McQueen SS10

Y'know Im still yet to witness one of these live stream runways (I know Viktor and Rolf, Micheal Kors and Gareth Pugh have done them in the past), so I think its about time I made the effort to catch one. This season Alexander McQueen will be streaming his SS10 show live on October 6th, 20:15 Paris time.... OK I have no idea what time this will be in the UK. ah you see this is why I keep missing them.
