Just found this amazing First Aid Kit cover of Fever Ray... Can't believe Ive only just found it as it seems to have been around since the end of last year. So nice to hear one of my favourite bands covering another of my favourites, I really love how they've done it. I've been at home for the last few days so took a million pictures of my cats... you'll probably see the rest in the next few weeks, joy joy joy.

OHMAGAAD! Totally going to the Fever Ray gig tonight in Brixton. Im so excited I think I could probably be sick all over my laptop. gaaaahhhhhhh!!!
The image above comes direct from the brand new Dazed Digital site, which is the most insane thing ever, its so good! I mean it has always been consistant with great articles and the such like anyways, but now it feels like it ties in a lot more with the magazine, and actually is probably the most succesful magazine style website, I would say...
Anyway what makes it even more great is THIS cool Fever Ray interview and mix tape that was featured as part of the sites new launch. I love all the images and it got me even more super excited for tonights show. Oh its going to be so fucking good I can just TELL!!!

Martin de Thurah

I have already raved about Martin de Thurah's work in past posts, however I dont think I properly gave him credit and so here is a whole post for his work! RAD!

I first came across his name after watching the Fever Ray video for 'When I Grow Up' which I love love love love love. However I think The first time I saw his work (unbeknown to me) was in Röyksopp's video for 'What Else is There' (of course also featuring the vocals of the amaaaaaazing Karin)



Of course as well as creating these amazing music videos he is a filmaker in his own right, making such short films as 'We Who Stayed Behind' and 'Young Man Falling'.




He even made a fucking IKEA advert into a work of beauty.
